It really depends on the specific job. How big is it, how deep is it, how complicated are the features? There are many factors in estimating the timeline of a project. The best way to find out how long and how much a custom pool design & build will take is to contact us for a free estimate. Looking at the jobsite, taking measurements and factoring in what you want is the only way for us to accurately answer this question. A standard custom pool and spa takes approximately 12 weeks to complete from time we start until you are swimming in the pool. Permits take from 3-12 weeks to receive depending on your location.

We employ over 18 people that make up 8 different teams. Each team specializes in the specific step in which they are working on. Sub-contractors tend to slow everything down because you are dependent on their schedule. Concrete Creations Inc. does everything in-house and hits our timelines. We use minimal subcontractors to help complete work for us including Plumbing and electrical, most of these contractors have worked directly for us for over 20 years.
